The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We moved from another location due to a bad experience, and everyone was amazing, especially during such a busy weekend (state basketball)!! The kids loved the pool and breakfast and made the rest of our weekend so much better. KUDOS and thank you!

There wasn't anything that I did not like or found problematic. It was a great stay especially for the price. We will be back.

I liked the pool. It was very convenient for my little kids.

I did not like how dirty the place was. It was absolutely disgusting. I also didn’t like the fact that the maid walked in my room at 7:30 without even knocking and then realized that we were still in there so she walked out of the room and then continue to slam doors and run her vacuum into my room door and tell me in my children finally got up and left

Everything looked clean/beautiful

AC didn’t work, fan in bathroom was extremely loud. Bed springs were broke in 1/2 of the bed which made it uncomfortable. Pool/hot tub was too small for the size of the hotel and was over crowded.was in corner room next to exit. Could hear people coming in and out all night and morning.

The kids love the pool! I enjoyed the fitness room as well. Comfortable and fun for the kids.

I had asked for a room with pool access in my reservation but it looked like they ran out or something.. I was going to speak to them about it but they were pretty busy and I didn’t want to bother them at the time. The kids were fine with it but I was hoping to have a better view/access to it since that’s what I requested. Our room was around the corner a few rooms down so it was fine, but not quite what I had requested.

Always a good location. Always love the bar downstairs and this time we tried the food and it was very good. The staff is always great and shout out to the lady doing breakfast this morning. She was amazing. Always great breakfast people there.

For some reason, our door key would not work so we had to go down a couple times to try to get it fixed. They ended up sending maintenance up and apparently the lock needed an update. Maybe they need to do some maintenance on all of the door locks.

The room had been half cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom and hanging in the closet area from the previous guests. One of the bed comforters was dirty. When we tried to shower after being at the pool there was no shampoo, no conditioner, and no body wash in the room. Very disappointing
