Location

Breakfast was bad, long line and just a few items. For example NO pancakes or waffles type items. Long line to check in as only 1 person at check in desk. Room bathroom needs TLC and long wait for hot water which never got hot!

I reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. When I showed up they gave us 2 rooms with 1 king bed each. There was not enough sleeping room for our group. We had to request a cot. Staff was unreachable to discuss this issue with. Then they charged an extra $158 because they didn't know we prepaid. The $158 was finally refunded after a week of trying to get ahold of someone at the hotel.
