"Wouldn't stay again it was worse place i have ever stayed"

Location beautiful but that all

The hotel wasn't very clean and the staff weren't very friendly they closed the bar 8.30 and left guests to see to them selves breakfast was supposed to be 8 till 9 but no one turned up till 8.10 to cook it the breakfast room had flies all over all the guests had to just sit around and wait finally brought out two hot jugs of water and bag of sugar a box of instant coffee and a box of teabags no milk we had to ask for milk and when a guests complained the man said he was on his own and didn't have time to listen to her he was really rude to her finally got our breakfast and it was disgusting half cooked bacon and whole burnt tomato burnt egg sausage was ok and toast was on top of butter so it had melted

"Comfortable nights sleep"

Location was good.

Very tired and apart from the room it needs a lot of attention and a deep clean. Obviously needs some substantial investment to bring it up to a good standard then could be a great place to stay. The potential is there but it looks like the owning company doesn't want to make it better. The staff try but don't seem to get much support.

room clean rest of the place dirty carpets worn, flies around bar and in dinning area, rare that you saw any staff......Now lead to believe wanting new management, so keep staff low, staff that was there unprofessional

only the hotel as the the village so very nice, a lot of money needs to be spent on the hotel with nice friendly looking staff

The room was spacious and had the basics that was needed, the free parking at the back of the property was ideal and the location was quiet and beautiful

The checkin time was 2pm and we were ringing for over 2 hours to checkin and no one answered the phones, breakfast wasn’t very well organised and didn’t state anywhere timings of service
