The house was perfect for our family needs. It was very clean and comfortable and was in a perfect location.

The location was fab, easy walk into town, lovely and clean ,tho we did not cook the kitchen looked well equipped. beds were comfortable and although by a busy road it was very quiet.

Excellent house in the city centre, immaculate and clean and close to all amenities.

I would have preferred a key safe so we could arrive when we wanted - that said, it was nice to meet the host and she was very helpful.

A lovely house in the Barbican area of York The house was exactly as described and super clean. Lots of facilities nearby (restaurants, pubs, cafes) plus easy access to the riverside path which is great for walking, running and cycling. Access to the city walls is just 5 mins away and York centre a 10-20 mins walk. Overall a great property for a short break with family.

The house was clean and well furnished and comfortable. Close to the city with its own parking space.

Very comfortable and a great location. We were grateful for the milk and teabags for a cuppa after our travels. Biscuits were delicious too. It was well equipped too.

We would have been more comfortable with more towels. We also had to buy more toilet tissue too.
