Modern house with everything we needed for our short stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Feature wall with fab fire and large tv. Good sized bedrooms, one even has a tv. Tastefully decorated. Easy walking distance into centre of York and good bus service too. Plenty of pubs, shops and cafes nearby. Designated parking space which is always a plus. Lovely lady owner who met us at the property to explain how everything (heating, showers etc) worked.

Nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay here again.
