The Beech Flat - Self contained one bedroom flat with parking

Cleanliness. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned

Perfect, short walk to J Radcliffe Hospital and , in other direction, some good cafes and restaurants

The location was very close to the hospital where my daughter was an in patient.

The cleanliness of the accommodation. The kitchen sink was dirty. The microwave was dirty. The scourer that was left for us to use was dirty. The sofa was badly stained. The bedding was dirty, sheet was stained and did not smell clean. We did not sleep in the bed we put our towels on top and slept on those. Same with the sofa. The sofa was of very poor quality and we could feel the wooden frame through the thin cushions. Basics in the kitchen were missing, bottle opener for example. Overall the apartment was at best grubby and in areas of concern, kitchen and bedroom it was dirty. We had little choice but to stay as we needed to be near our daughter but we eat at the hospital. I made a complaint to Booking.Com who went through their procedure and contacted the hosts, the hosts did not respond. I had a £21 credit from Booking.com. My advice to anyone needing to visit the area, book into Premier Inn, 2 miles away, its cheaper and an urber ride to this location twice a day would still mean you are below the cost of this accommodation.

Great location, great communication from Yolanda, exceptionaly clean and spotless. Couldn't ask for more.

I liked the quiet neighbourhood. If you come for work or exams in John Radcliffe I strongly recommend it

The towel and the pillow cases.. not really clean or old. Bring yours to be totally happy
