The house is nice. The area is nice. but the housekeepers cannot clean.

I do not like to host attitude because he’s trying to keep my secure deposit. So look out for that. the house was not up to par. I told the host all of the things that was not working /broken. but he still insist that we stole some items which was not true because the towels that he claimed we took was not there. we had our own towels. we found a knife, on the pullout couch. We found someone underwear in the upstairs bathroom draw. in the downstairs bathroom we found a roll up maxi pad in the bathroom cabinet. The washing & dryer did not work, which he said he’s gonna send a technician out, but never came. The blinds were broke. It was trash under the bed some of the linen was not clean neither were the towel. This is why we head our own linen. So if you’re thinking about this place for Airbnb, please be careful because you will not get your security deposit back

It was a very horrible house, very dirty and it smells very bad of cigarettes and marijuana and there were a lot of insects, ticks and a lot of broken things, broken walls, the pool table was broken and they take your deposit and won't give it back. They are scammers. I recommend you not to rent this house. It is not worth renting. It is a mess. If you want, I can show you pictures.the remote of tv is not working

First of all, the whole house is nice. I like the home but far as the issues that I emailed to let them know what was going on with the property and the things I found i was not satisfied.

The wash dryer did not work. I found a knife in the fold out couch. The blind was torn up. There was a used Mexican pad under the front sink downstairs. Someone’s underwear was left in the upstairs bathroom. trash / food was left under the bed in the first room. I mean, that was very unacceptable. Some of the dishes wasn’t clean.

Property was spacious, clean, and ready for guests. I was super impressed with the immediate customer service and attentiveness of Guestic employees.

Property had a few issues with broken blinds and pool table and patio furniture was not the best, but it did not interfere with our stay and I would definitely stay there again.

the entire house has 1 tv .. Didn’t like the fact everyone had to crowd in the living room to watch tv … Some people would like to relax in bed and watch tv as well

The fact there is a yellow run down house next door, the thermostat was set to high and would not turn down or cool down. The house really located a mile from the hood in other words, the faucet was broken when we got there, the water never got hot. The house is pretty on the inside but the pictures do not show the full view of the house.
