1) No immediatle keys available 2) Owner dies not answer calls or msgs. in a timely 3) Extra mattress unacceptable even with cover due to large tear on the side reducing the overall firmness & comfirt of the mattress 4) Coffee maker spills coffee grounds into the cup 5) Toilet tank very slow to fill
