Regenta Beach House Resort, Goa

Wonderful location 100metres from the magnificent beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. The most comfortable and spacious bedroom,

The rooms faced a communal area and due to this there was no privacy and no area by the bedroom to sit outside. We love a balcony or outside space and especially private so this was initially an issue for us. However the wonderful beach and chill out area near beach helped a lot.

Peaceful place walking distance to Mar Vista where we had to attend a wedding. Close to the quiet part of the beach

Eventhough the property is touching the beach they have not made steps to go to the beach, we had to use a rough path. They do not have their own restaurant. We had to eat meals except for breakfast in another property restaurant where we were taken by buggy. There are no restaurants/shops nearby except for some overpriced shacks. There are no facilities in this property. The rooms though clean are dated. The cost of the high room rate is not justified.

The stafff, location

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent with garden view as well as sea view. Best place to relax from hectic life. Staff were good and responsive. Room cleaning and service are very good. Illumination

Air freshner should have been kept in wash room otherwise exhaust fan needs to be run continuously which is waste of power . Room curtains should be changed as dust smell is really suffocating. TV channels are not subscribed and it is painful to remind all these. Room locks need servicing.

Being literally on the beach was super amazing.

The rooms are spacious and the property is just adjacent to the beach with a direct access. The property offers peace and tranquility.

The approach road is a little dark, some street lights needed
