A bit pricey, even in off season

The only fact that it was very close to the beach and had some private space to enjoy the view.

Uncomfortable furniture, lacked a table where one could work out of. The sofa in the room was name sake. The bed was making sounds every small move

Amazing location, restaurant offering good variety delicious food, very supportive staff.

Maintenance works blocking the perfect view from the suite, however was heavily compensated thanks to Mr.Shadab who made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay.

Too expensive . Hispitality not exceptional. Inflexible

I really loved the place where the beach access was how I wanted it to be , being a beach lover.Staffs are very polite , courteous and helpful.. especially franklin was very helpful throughout the stay, housekeeping as well did maintain clean , Sameer was very kind and helpful.. I might have missed few names sorry .. I also had a ayurvedic massage which was very peaceful and stress reliever .. Thnks to them as well .. overall I loved the place

The only thing I was disappointed is the complimentary breakfast .. Idly and dosa batter was very sour in taste , chutney and sambar not good at all.. I really don’t waste food but since the breakfast was not good had to leave and come back.. even the puri and Upma tasteless .. At last with no choice had to switch to fruits.. That was disappointing so plz do make these changes to get a 10 out of 10.. And one more feedback is plz have wheel chair access , u also need to have some facilities for the aged . Had a presidential suite booked wch was awesome but in second floor , thought life would be there but there wasn’t .. My mom being 73 aged found discomfort ..

Location and views of the property, staff is good and friendly, cost of food is everage.

WiFi wasn’t working, rooms are designed on frame so if someone walk on upstairs you can listen it in room.
