I've really enjoyed staying at this place. So cozy and warm nice sofas and bed too. My kids enjoyed bath. And the location are also perfect opposite there is park too. Location is good for me for my other family member that live in small heath and it wasn't far at all. Will coming back again hopefully. Ayti was good throughout to make sure you're happy.

There wasn't any extra duvets or pillow or duvets cover to change it. And kitchen area is a bit cold in that area. That's only little.

very clean, very spacious and great for us as a family of six adults

probably further out of Birmingham City than we had realised but saying that the taxi only cost us 12 quid which wasn’t bad when we first phone for a “they said it was gonna be £22

The place was absolutely excellent! Very clean, very quiet. Nice park just across the road. Everything you might need and much more. Really comfortable stay, so relax. Supermarket is walking distance. Great communication thanks Ayti! Will definitely recommend this place. You will love it!

Clean and well equipped. Park just across the road for a walk. Kings Heath high street is close by if shopping is needed.

In front of the property is a busy road so a bit noisy and car parking is difficult.
