Was big and roomy

It looked very clean and nice.

Great location, clean, spacious, newly renovated and modern, comfortable and has everything that you need.

No dropped kerb.

The location was excellent we stayed here with our 3 young children when visiting Cadbury world,it was close by to everything restaurants,shops it was like we was at home,we had the best experience such a homely feeling,so clean such an amazing price,will definitely want to stay every time visiting Birmingham,there was so much there we didn’t expect,washing machine,dryer,iron,hair dryer,cooker,too many too list basically everything you have at home,the best place to stay with kids and family,we will definitely be returning! Xxx

Location was good. Variety of things to choose from. Local Kingsheath high street and easy access to get to shops etc. cleanliness of the property was good

The property was spotlessly clean and in a really good location. Great park across the road and easy parking. Lovely touches such as games/puzzles for the children. It was well-equipped, cosy and welcoming - a home from home

Thank you Ayti for a lovely stay at a lovely house. We would like to stay sometime again in future. As you asked for some feedback: Dustbins were full when we arrived, also rubbish in back yard bins. Curb on the roadside means difficulty parking, you need a plastic ramp possibly. Mouldy / damp walls and peeling plaster behind the sofa and ground floor bed. TV was difficult to use/ we couldn’t find any instructions how to program/ password. Fridge wasn’t really cleaned properly. Don’t like the plastic plants seemed fake. Police called looking for a previous resident and also a Crown bailiff , so a bit scary for the kids. Shower slightly difficult to use: also the taps a bit confusing. Workmen next door working from 8am !! But I guess that’s not your fault , No washing up liquid. On the whole a very pleasant stay. Thank you and good luck with everything, Best wishes

The location of the property was perfect for a wedding we attended and is directly opposite a wonderful park. The home is spacious, contained everything we needed and was homely with the benefit of a parking space.

Was made to feel extremely comfortable. Even had toys for the little one so after a long journey was lovely she could come in a play. Everything was perfect. Bed was definitely brilliant very comfortable. Nice kitchen. Everything felt extremely cosy Also we had problems with the key (completely our fault) we called and the lady sorted it with 30 seconds. We only stayed for one night to visit cadburys world but was perfect
