Urban 3 Bedroom Home in Kings Heath-Great Location

Great location in a nice part of town opposite a lovely park. Clean, nice decor and off road parking is a nice bonus

Could have been more cutlery, plates and glasses

The house was very comfortable for 5 of us, and the host was very responsive. It was situated in a quite residential area, which we prefer compared to a busy bustling city. Cleanliness was superb! Couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to stay!

Was a very pleasant stay, The place is very nice and welcoming, well furnished, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food yourself, the surrounding is very pretty and fun to walk around, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and store wise everything you need is a short walk away. I would also like to add that its a very quiet and calm location, exactly what I was searching for.

It was very difficult to open and lock the front door.

It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Cleaned weekly and if we needed anything it was just a message away and was sorted. The real little Christmas Tree we requested with our welcome package made our day. Nice park straight accross the road and shopping not to far away.

The property is spacious, allows you to move about freely and store your luggage. The living room is very pretty and the kitchen. enough glasses and plates for many guests.

The property isn’t very well insulated, my friends kept complaining their rooms are cold even though the heater was on the whole time we was there for the weekend. Worst part is you can’t make any noise the property manager will be on your case. we could barely laugh without them ringing my phone about noise volume.

The Television and overall facilities in the house was brilliant the host was very helpful first time in Birmingham and we were taken very good care of. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.

Loved the living room and the bedrooms were so comfy, beds very comfortable to sleep in and the bedding was so soft!! it was a very clean property very nice and inviting.

Shower was weird to figure out, and water temperature was very unstable always going from too hot to too cold, main floor sink you had to twist the knobs a couple times to turn cold water on.
