Urban 3 Bedroom Home in Kings Heath-Great Location

It was clean,, comfortable and safe. Had everything that you need for a brilliant stay

Backyard was lovely and not overlooked and neat and tidy, kitchen was great and a nice size, two toilets with one being downstairs was great , front room area was big and comfy, convenience store very nearby and park opposite was great

Parking was a major problem for us as my partner scraped his car coming off the kerb when we went out that evening so upon returning he parked in a nearby street, a dropped kerb would make this property perfect for parking Internals stairs are steep and runs are short this maybe unsuitable for some The third bedroom is downstairs by the front door, having children this was not preferable for us .

House was very clean and tastefully decorated. Host was very welcoming.

Great location for Hare and Hounds and nearby Kings Heath and Moseley, plenty of space , great kitchen

Small drive and no drop kerb onto road outside property so struggled in a low slung car getting on and off drive

good location good size for a family trip nicely decorated
