Urban 3 Bedroom Home in Kings Heath-Great Location

Good space for us to relax in

Nothing particularly...we have a 6m van which is generally difficult to park.. the property has a driveway but cannot be expected to accommodate a van 6m long. We did find side street parking.

Property is nice. It’s clean. And there is an American fridge freezer that makes ice which is a bonus.. The location is ok it’s about ten mins in a cab from broad street. Beds are comfy. Shower gel is provided.

However I found it a bit cold even with the heating turned on. And the stairs are very steep and quite dangerous I did find it expensive considering check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am which is extremely early and if you want a later check out it is £12:50 per hour which is an insane amount of money considering we already paid €210 for one night. the shower was horrendous it was either too hot or too cold and the pressure was really bad. The house rules were extra strict.

Beautiful well-equipped kitchen, lovely toiletries and tasteful decoration throughout. The living area is comfortable and the house is situated across the road from a park. It’s a 10 minute walk to shops, pub, supermarket etc.

We should have been warned about the steepness of the stairs as they are inaccessible for the elderly, disabled or very young. Also the rail is loose. A grab rail is needed in the bath (for the shower) and a rubber bath mat. There is no twin room, it is a single bed with a trundle bed beneath.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property after we was so impressed the 1st time, we stayed here in the summer holidays on a short break with 3 young children all under the age of 11 whilst visiting Cadbury world & sea life centre as they are all such a short distance from the property so is the bulls ring shopping centre,excellent location everything you need is near enough at your door,there’s a beautiful park opposite the property, our kids absolutely love staying here the house is so cosy & clean,so much more than you expect iron,hairdryer,toiletries,towels,all kitchen plates & cuterly so much more everything you need,it also has a beautiful little garden with seating area,the host are brilliant,we had a little issue with the washing machine whilst we there just had to make one call they were lovely and very helpful! We love this place will always stay here whenever visiting!(if it’s not fully booked lol),10/10 for location especially staying with young families,10/10 also for cleaniless & comfort!

Tap control in bathroom and shower temperature. Kitchen cleanliness could have been better (grill pan was dirty, floor was sticky
