A little more outdoor seating would have been lovely

Communication was impeccable very friendly hosts. House met all our needs. Everything needed was supplied. Very well presented and cosy house. Highly recommend booking.

The location was perfect for our needs (visiting family for Christmas with family) and the house was very warm and welcoming. It was well enough equipped for four but but pushing it for five or six. Spacious. The lounge is a spacious wee ampitheatre and very comfy and accomodating. Handy having a corner shop for basics 25 mtrs away. Off-road parking for one vehicle. Kings Heath Park right across the road and if you need it, good public transport on the doorstep. Only 30 minutes covering a large Kings Heath area. walk Traffic noise is minimul and overall communication is detailed and good. You will receive entry details at 12h00 on your day of arrival. One helluva curb to drive over, even with a Landy, take it slow. Stairs upstairs are curvy and steep, as should be anticipated for the age and type of house. Beds are very clean but rather soft mattreses.

Urban 3 bedroom is home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The proximity to where our activities took place. Fully fitted kitchen - if we required. The smoking area was well furnished.

Plenty of space, loved the couch, comfy bed.

Washing machine pulled away from the wall while running…no huge deal.

Property was in a good location. It was clean, and the instructions given were clear

The sofa chairs very low and the cushions were too soft, difficult for anyone who's tall and have knee problems. The bath and sink taps smooth were difficult to adjust the water temperature with wet hands. The double bed was low and the mattress was too soft
