Urban 3 Bedroom Home in Kings Heath-Great Location

Location was perfect

Off road parking was okay, but no drop kerb.

Spacious cozy home. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable. The house has everything you would need during your vacation stays. It is located in front of a park on main street and at quite safe location. A convenient store is just across the street. There is car park space on front curb. Also has a back verandah for evening sit out. Upper floor bedrooms are very spacious and has comfy beds.

Although it was attempted to feel homely it was dated and a few issues with the property. Whole skirting board actually fell off lounge wall while we sat watching tv. Towels not even big enough to wrap round an adult. House sleeps 4 adults 2 children yet dinner sits 4 at a squeeze. 2 chairs wobbly. Oven tray was absolutely disgusting so cleaning needed to take it away to soak. Made oven stink. Worst thing was to arrive to find a months worth of rubbish pouring out of the bins and piled up next to too. When challenged owner said bin men on strike. We had not been informed of this before had I known I'd of refused to stay with the thought of rats. Owner charges to rent house should of took rubbish and put outside own house. Made me very cross based on cost of rental. The kitchen bins also hadn't been emptied by cleaning company so we had other people's rubbish inside too. Mouldy bath and bath panel broken.

Comfortable house in a great location. Host was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. Thanks!
