Location was perfect. I liked the idea there was plenty of bathrooms always a bonus with five adults staying. Appreciated the welcome pack.

When we arrived discovered a large pane of glass smashed and covered with cardboard and tape. This window was to the ground floor bedroom. We weren’t made aware of this damage before arrival but it was obviously been like that a while because the cardboard was wet damaged. I raised this issue with the lettings team and was told it was perfectly safe and they are working on fixing it but just not yet. I didn’t feel safe in that bedroom on my own. I think I should have been advised before we went and then I could have decided to still stay or not. I paid over a thousand pounds to stay for three nights and that is a lot of money to not feel safe. Just a couple of niggles, think it could do with a microwave, there was a coffee machine that nobody could figure out to use, maybe replace that with microwave instead. I had to buy batteries for the TV remote would have thought the team that comes in between tenants would have checked that. Overall it is a nice property and if it wasn’t for the condition of the window it would have been a 100% experience for me.

El espacio, todo en buen estado, limpio, espacioso. Atención del anfitrión excepcional. Ubicación genial, a 15 minutos andando tranquilamente del centro rodeado de comercios.

Por poner algo, los colchones para algo blandos, entiendo por el uso, pero dentro de lo normal en cualquier apartamento.

Great location fantastic showers nice extra touches milk in fridge,fruit and biscuits. Good oven and hob spacious and clean Nice and warm with central heating

No microwave Only 2 teaspoons and one tea towel Only one sauce pan quite large Beds could do with better mattresses or good quality toppers You need to bring your own hangers only 7 across three bedrooms Windows needed cleaning

La falta de perchas y de algún estante en baños y cuartos, también faltaban cazos de cocina

Buena ubicación! Apartamento muy completo y con utensilios de gran ayuda en la cocina.

Por poner una pega una de las camas era algo inestable.
