Centrico, 2 habitaciones, confort ascensor,wifi AC

Lo mejor que tiene dos camas de matrimonio muy grandes y muy muy cómodas con nórdicos. Es un primer piso (no queríamos bajos) y el ascensor y escalera está algo descuidado y sucio. No tiene calefacción pero tiene bomba de calor y una estufa eléctrica vieja que apenas calienta. Se pasa algo de frío si te pilla mal tiempo en invierno. Muy bien situado a 15 min andando de la estación de tren, se puede ir andando también al oceanografic(20 min) y ciudad de las artes y ciencias(10 min). La catedral y resto de monumentos también están a 15 min andando.

Como casi todos de valencia, el edificio es viejo, se escucha pasar los coches por la noche en las habitaciones. Aún así es mejor que muchos otros que buscamos en Booking. El interior está bien , sobre todo la cocina, pero el ascensor y escalera viejos y sucios, descuidados. Podrían renovar el felpudo para dar mejor impresión. La casa en invierno se pasa frío. Falta algo más de utensilios de cocina y dejar café, azúcar, sal etc, lo echamos en falta.

La persona que nos atendió genial, faltaba toallas y nos la hizo llegar en nada. Muy buena ubicación. Amplio.

Poca limpieza con las paredes muy sucias. sábanas y edredones manchados. El agua caliente se acaba en nada. Muchas suciedad debajo de sofá y camas. Ascensor

Un'appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, due stanze matrimoniali, cucina , lavatrice, lavastoviglie, un salotto accogliente e un bagno fornito. Una grande cabina armadio inaspettata! A circa 100 MT si trova un Lidl per prendere tutto ciò che serve. Ottima posizione, strategica per arrivare sia in centro sia alla città dell'arte e della scienza.

Sistema di riscaldamento non eccellente ma per fortuna a Valencia non fa mai freddo davvero! Forse assieme alla macchina del caffè sarebbe stato carino lasciare qualche cialda.

The place is big and fairly comfortable, The location is not bad, about 15 minutes walk from the center of the city. The kitchen is well equipped The stuff was attentive and responded quickly to our request.

This place has great potential but needs a bit more attention from the management. Adding a few personal touches can definitely help to improve their score.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, located in the center of town. Overall a very good stay for the money.

The water took a very long time to heat up and it was also switching from warm to cold. The AC was only in 1 of the rooms so it got warm during the night.

The property lacked many of the things we have been provided with in other apartments such as tea, coffee, tea towels, paper towel, olive oil salt and pepper and sufficient toilet paper . The doonas did not have covers and we had to ask for them to be delivered and then only one was provided. Staff were not very helpful. We were asked to go to the office to collect the keys because of poor weather but when we arrived the weather was fine and there was no offer to change the arrangement It would be useful to have more information at the apartment about local activities and the apartment including how to use the appliances, some of which didn't work ( hairdryer)
