Location is excellent. You are 10-15 min walking distance from everything you need to see or do in the city. The apartment is very big and recently renewed. Okey bed. Good wifi.

The big problem of accommodation nowadays is that it is run by companies who don't care about hosting at all and manage everything with too many automatic messages. We arrived late so we had to pick up the keys from another location. Be careful about this, because its not walking distance if you are carrying your luggage. The apartment is equipped with barely the minimum and less. Don't expect any courtesy: there's a coffee machine but not a single capsule to welcome you. There is no sugar, no salt, no soap for the hands, no anything that can make your stay easier. The last day, the cleaning lady came one hour before the check out time and entered without even ringing the bell. In the meantime, the company texted us reminding us to leave. We left 11am on the dot and texted them to confirm that we've left on time and asked them if they wanted us to give a little feedback via WhatsApp so we didn't have to do it here, but the answer was an automatic message "it was a pleasure to have you"... so, here's my review. Besides all this, that might be very subjective, there are ants in the kitchen and the hot water doesn't work that well all the time.

Le camere da letto su strada

L'appartamento è in una zona abbastanza tranquilla di Valencia, facilmente raggiungibile con tutti i mezzi ( bus, metro e tram ), a 2 minuti a piedi c'è il supermercato LIDL veramente comodo! L'appartamento in se è grande e piuttosto moderno, situato al primo piano di una palazzina molto silenziosa ( c'è l'ascensore ). I responsabili hanno un ufficio a 15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, bagno, deposito bagagli e receptionist simpatici, soprattutto Giulia che ci ha aiutato con dei consigli per i ristoranti!

L'appartamento non era pulitissimo, il pavimento appiccicava un po' al nostro arrivo, muri segnati, non è venuto nessuno a fare le pulizie in 6 giorni che eravamo lì, abbiamo chiesto ulteriori asciugamani perchè essendo in 3 erano pochi e volevamo anche averne altri puliti, gentilissimi ce li hanno portati la mattina dopo. C'è la macchinetta da caffè ma non le capsule, niente carta da cucina. Non è per niente insonorizzato, durante la notte sentivamo tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada sotto, ma non è stato un problema per noi.

Good facilities, excellent location, could have done with a few basics like salt/pepper/oil/tea towels but otherwise lovely space, well located and great to have washing machine.

Spacious apartment. Good location . Nice to have ac and elevator.

Very basic supplies. Could use more things like hand soap, extra towels, dish towels. Oven mitt and trivet in kitchen. Mattress was not great. Fitted Sheets did not fit properly. Hot water issue: it took at least 5 minutes before the shower got hot water.

Excellent location. The property is just as described. Bike hire close by, easy trip to the City of Arts and Science. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. If driving, check the signs/road markings - we were fined not long after parking in a residents zone.
