1- Cleanning should be done before the new people.arrive 2- The washsidher was full of dishes 3- Puntuality by check in, should be takes more serious specially if you ask your customer to be punctual by the check out and in the contract they can apply some penalty, if the customer has some delayed. 4-Everyday someone ring the door early in the morning and ask for a person, that after some days we discover, this person is living in the apartment number 2, in the same floor. This is very negative for the turist and the landlord of the apartment. 5-More towels for dishes, eventually two capsule of coffee for the first day should be take in consideration, might more small details can makes the difference. 6-Overall, some internal maintenance is need, specially by the doors of the rooms squeals and needs oil, they don't close well ect.. Personally, if you rent a apartment with very nice pictures but there is a lack of the maintenance and quality then the value for money is not in line with your services. I hope that with my comments will help to enhance the quality of the services that as landlord offer to the turist and give a positive impression in the same manner that the City of Valencia offer to all turists. Spacious apartment in a great location with a well equipped kitchen. In order to score a 10, we missed some basics like kitchen and dish towels.

very big apartment and has motsly everything you need. staff very kind and reply very fast. on time when picking up keys.

the shower sometimes took a lot of time to heat up and therefore had to shower cold sometimes. also was missing some cleaning appliances (like towels for in the kitchen). also mold/water damage in the corner of the living room.
