Very central 2 bedroom flat in World Heritage Site

Location was amazing. The owner was lovely, and we really enjoyed the flat.

Lovely quirky apartment, great location in the new town with short walk to buses/tram Kitchen was fairly well stocked and the beds were super comfortable Toby was really helpful and while we didn't get to meet, was very responsive and allowed us to check out a little later as bookings allowed

The property was very eclectic in the most charming way, beautifully decorated. It’s clear that the owners are passionate about the building and the surrounding history.

I can’t really think of anything I disliked about the property. The floor boards were a little creaky which is to be expected with a home with such history, but that is all I have to comment on!

Inanzitutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Toby. L'appartamento era fantastico e molto caratteristico. Poi era super fornito di qualsiasi cosa e non mi era mai capitato prima d'ora. Questo perché Toby mi spiegava che ha vissuto 40 anni in quell'alloggio. La posizione davvero buona e la casa era pulita e aveva tutto l'occorrente per una pulizia da parte nostra. Mi dispiace solo aver soggiornato 1 notte.

Andava tutto bene. I letti sono alla francese, un pó piccoli e per 4 persone risultano giusti. Direi che per 3 persone potrebbe essere l'ideale, ma anche 4 se ci si arrangia.

Good Location. Friendly, helpful neighbours. Interesting flat.

Bed was a bit soft.

Toby was wonderful and took the time to make sure we knew what was what and made some suggestions for places we might want to visit. He was very kind and welcoming and made us feel very welcome in Edinburgh.
