Spacious Retreat - Remote Worker & Family Friendly

Property was spacious and the living room/dining room was lovely. Beds comfortable and large bath towels provided. Tea, coffee and fresh milk provided.

The kitchen lacked basic utensils - only 1 table spoon in cutlery drawer. No cheese grater or can opener. Only 1 chopping knife and one wooden spatula. Tea towel was dirty, chewing gum on window frame and cigarette butts all over the floor outside the back door. Kitchen floor appeared dirty and tiling was unfinished in parts. Garden area in need of attention. No hairdryer in property despite it being listed under facilities. Soap dish in bathroom only affixed to the wall using tile adhesive so came off when soap was placed on it. Shower curtain dirty. Leaking guttering at the front of the house meant that water dripped onto the window ledge and the wheelie bins below which interrupted sleep on our first night due to the heavy rain.

Always clean. I use this place one a monthly basis. It allows me to have a place for my son to stay as we live opposite ends of the country so gives me a nice homely feeling place for him to stay.

Really comfy beds and a perfect overnight stay before daughter's dance competition. Well stocked kitchen and clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities

Only deducted a point as there were no clues as to what the WiFi code was

Very clean, everything smelt freshly washed. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you need to cook meals.
