Seaside guest house a stone's throw from the beach

Location was great for the beach along which could walk into Teignmouth. Lovely self contained one room flat in the owner's garden with all mod cons. Small area outside for two with table and chairs which unfortunately unable to use because of the rain and gales. Owner/Donna left cream tea, milk and dog bowls and treats awaiting us upon our arrival.

Quite small space but ok for two plus dog if visiting when weather sunny and not spending a lot of time indoors.

Such a lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable and all facilities you'll need. There's even a clean tea and a little bottle of milk. Not the 1st time here and definitely not the last. 👍🏼

It was compact but everything you need was there close to beach for our 2 dogs

Lovely apartment, well stocked with a selection of teas and coffees on arrival and even 2 pints of milk and homemade scones with jam and clotted cream in the fridge. Very clean, light, and airy, with plenty of plug sockets and the bed and the sofa were really comfortable. Very nice, roomy shower, a treat for me as a slightly larger guest, and a good range of toiletries. Host Donna was very welcoming and given the very hot weather even provided a fan. Info pack in the room full of good tips for where to go and where to eat locally. Lovely little enclosed outdoor area to keep our dog safe and happy as well. All of this with a well serviced bus route at the end of the road and a lovely dog friendly beach a five minute walk away. ( It's quite a steep lane, but you get used to it!) Definitely be looking to book here again.

Very nicely presented, short walk to beach and coast path, bus stop very close. Easy parking. Comfy bed, nice shower.

Nothing to dislike.
