Seaside guest house a stone's throw from the beach

I feel l was conned. Found the road l was early drove to the end never saw the sea. Back up parked outside. Walked to the top of the road sign for beach down a very steep slope. Phoned the host she came out from a gate in a fence showed us round the property it felt like a shed in her back garden had a chat about the hill to the beach as I use a walking stick. She said no good for driving as to its tight. Had a drive to Dawlish. Nice to see the sea. Decided not to stay even though I booked and paid for two nights drove home 5 hours to Northampton Friday afternoon. Thanks very much

Be nice to see the sea from the property not just a fence. Never stayed even though I paid for two nights. Should be made clear it is unsuitable for people with mobility problems

This property Is of a extremely high standard, and a frequent travellers It is Ranked at the top of the accommodation we have stayed in over the last 22 Years. Donna was the Perfect Host and we would highly recommend A stone’s throw from the beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely bright studio, spotlessly clean Cream tea in the fridge for me Owner popped to see me in the evening, offering more clean towels Nice little beach down a footpath very close

It was not easy to walk into either Teignmouth or Dawlish, steep and quite far

Loved the cream scones on arrival 😋

Really nice little flat at a perfect location right by the beach, clean and came with everything we needed. Owner was really polite and even rescued our towels after leaving them out in the rain. 100% will stay again.

No hob or oven but is to be expected with the size of the place
