Arredamento, piscina e efficienza a risolvere un problema

Appena entrati veniamo sorpresi da un odore pungente di fogna. Il tubo di un lavandino era completamente marcio e staccato dal lavandino. Segnaliamo il problema alla proprietaria e il giorno seguente sono venuti a sistemare.

Easy and clear communication with the host. Main door is with a code, individual apartment is via a lock box. Everything was communicated clearly and in time. The house corresponds well with the pictures and is very spacy. The (whirl)pool is a nice addition, like the small garden (even though you might not like the mosquitos). Very nice to have a parking in front of the house.

Not far from the centre, but good to have a car, otherwise you might find it a bit far. When we were there, they were doing construction works behind the building, so noise as of early in the morning. As we weren't home a lot, it didn't bother too much. The dogs of the neighbours seem to like the gravel to come and poo, so watch your step when you get out of the car.

Das Haus hat schlimm gerochen. Selbst nachdem wir alle Klimaanlagen auf Trocknen gestellt hatten war der Muffgeruch noch da. Der Pool hat schlimm nach Chemikalien gerochen. Die Bar direkt nebenan war zwar laut, hört aber gegen Mitternacht mit der Musik auf. Das hatte uns nicht gestört. Leider haben aber die Bargäste ametzten Abend unser Auto dermassen mit Sand, Eiern und Zigarettenstummeln beschmiert so dass wir am nächsten Tag gute zwei Stunden damit beschäftigt waren es wieder zu reinigen.

Modern and spacious with all the facilities you require. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe and secure.

I’m sure it’s out of the hosts control but outside the gate on the entry to the property you had to be careful to avoid dog poo on the ground.

Clean, great location, and unique stay. Family had great time.

Bar next door played music till 2am but hey its bacalar

We loved the entrance of the house with all the gorgeous plants. We also loved the spacious rooms and fully equiped kitchen. We read in the reviews beforehand about the noise from the cafe nextdoor, but this didnt bother us at all. We hardly even heard it.

Great location at a great price.

I absolutely loved the location, the spacious layout, the decor, and the amenities — especially the private pool. If you enjoy a rustic vibe and being close to nature, you’ll feel right at home here.

There was an issue with odor in the bathrooms, as a strong smell was coming from the drains. However, it didn’t take away from the overall charm of the stay.
