Air con in 2nd room wasnt getting cold.

Apartment and the outdoor surroundings nicely decorated. It was well located. Unfortunately the water in the pool was very dirty so didn’t use that. A pity since our experience would have been very different with a clean pool.

Pillows really hard and too big in size. Got a neck pain after the stay. Comparing it to 4 other places we stayed in Mexico during our stay this one was the least comfortable. Furthermore, the sinks in the bathrooms were clogged.

The location was good. Nice and spacious. Car parking was convenient. Nice hammocks in the yard. Pool was nice.

There was a constant dripping from the apartment above onto the plastic roof over the pool. Extremely annoying! There was no curtain or blinds on the glass door leading from the lounge area to the yard. The pool light was on all night and with no blind, it made sleeping on the sofa bed very difficult. The sofa bed was not set up, but I found some sheets in a drawer. For 5 guests, the sofa bed was needed, as sharing the two beds in the second bedroom for 3 people was rather tight.

Beautiful apartment, exactly like the pictures and great location.

A common terrace area would have been great.

Security and parking are great. Because we have to open the door with cord numbers and parking space can’t open the outside. It was very safety. The bathroom and TV are also good. We could stay comfortable by great services. Thank you:)

The AC sometimes didn’t work. Also we tried to use, it didn’t work.

The house was exactly the way it looks at the photos, super clean and modern , walls were clean , beds were clean and confortable all AC works perfect, kitchen was great , the lights around the And front house was impressed

The apartment was very modern and gorgeous looking. Very cool interior and the staff were very friendly!

The sheets in the bedroom were incredibly and disgustingly dirty. There were blood stains and yellow stains on the duvet, sheet and bed sheet. As well as this, there was just 1 toilet working the other was broken. However, once these issues were raised with the host they were dealt with accordingly. But extremely dirty sheets not acceptable for the price paid. When we requested an extra towel, this was not allowed by the host. We had to strip the sheets and sleep on a bare mattress for 1 night as nobody was there to help us with the dirt left by the previous guests.
