The appartement looks nice but the smell in the apartment is horrendous. The sink and shower has a nasty sewege smell that doesn’t go away

Beautiful PH apartment with its own pool and balcony on 4th floor of a very nicely designed new building. Equipped nicely for a couple. Just 2 blocks from the lake in a residential neighbourhood. Some restaurants and stores within walking distance. El Centro about 5mins away by car. Easy electronic entry and parking right outside on the street.

It was not a big issue for us but there is an open air restaurant right next door that has live music till late. Bring earplugs if you are an early to bed person. That being said, one evening they had a wonderful folkloric band from Veracruz and we enjoyed watching their performance.

This is a beautiful home. Very modern, well appointed, clean, and fairly new. They did a great job with the home. The only negative about the house is the "futon" bed is really the bottom pad from a long couch with no sheets to fit it. It's really a 2 bed and couch.

There is a large open air bar directly next door, literally just a few yards. It's extremely loud all night long. As the master bathroom has just a screen over the window, you hear everything. There was karaoke until 4:30am with a screaming contest over large speakers that are pointed directly at the house. The party the second night was still going at 7:30am the next day. We had no sleep for 2 days. It was really bad and the hosts know it's a problem, but don't put it in their description. Unfortunately, we can't recommend anyone rent this condo even though it's not the fault of the owner/host. FYI - the bar, Sweet Child of Wine, is owned by some guys from New Jersey who treat the street like it's their own. Everyone in the neighborhood hates this bar. There are many houses around it and some are native with no window - very sad.

Apartment was very clean, nice and roomy, full size fridge and appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked well in both rooms. The location was very close to the lagoon, walking distance.

The bathroom in the master bedroom smelled like the sewer, some days worse than others. I had to keep the door closed, then the toilet stopped working but that helped the smell go away. The hallway bathroom shower did not have hot water.

Perfectly designed apartment. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and fridge freezer. Great decor. Peaceful and safe, but close to walk to beach clubs and restaurants. Sunrise coffee on the balcony with the birds out singing was a wonderful start to every day. Host was very communicative and helpful. It was such a wonderful apartment. We loved it all. So much that we stayed an extra night!
