Three bed apartment sleeps 5 in botanic

The views of Belfast.

Nowhere to put toiletries or towels in the bathroom. No shelving or even a hook on the door. Had to store toiletries on the floor. The bed bases are worn out and the mattresses lumpy giving no support. All beds and mattresses need replacing. There’s a £70 cleaning fee but you have to strip all the beds yourself before you leave!

The apartment we stayed in had 3 bedrooms, and we all thought it was spacious, clean and modern. we enjoyed the underfloor heating and we felt nice and toastie throughout our stay.

When we arrived at the time we were given to access our apartment, we assumed the key box had been tampered with, as it looked really unsafe and we couldnt get the key out. we rang to find out why we couldnt get in and was told the cleaner was there as she was running late, we were told to leave our bags whilst she finished and go for a drink. whilst we can understand these things happen we were tired from our journey we just wanted , to get in the apartment as we did ensure that we got there at the correct time.

Stayed at the apartment as a group of 3 attending a conference, which made the accommodation value for money. Loved the underfloor heating and how the apartment had what we needed: refrigerator, washing machine, clothes horse for air drying, tea bags and bowls etc.

Next to a busy road. Window in double bedroom that overlooked the busy road did not close all the way, letting in cold December air and street noise. contacted the management company but not sorted during our 3 night stay. Bring ear plugs if noise sensitive.

The accommodation was great. Very clean with everything we needed and the location was really good.

Great location. The apartment was immaculate and roomy for an apartment. Common areas were well lit and lift was in great condition
