Three bed apartment sleeps 5 in botanic

The rooms were comfy. Everything in the apartment was amazing. Staff was nice.

The first night the apartment was really cold and there was no hot water. The second day it was the same. I contacted the owners and they fixed the hot water and heating on the second day in the afternoon. Staff was nice and fixed our issue right away. We also found it hard to find the apartment and the key.

key was in a flimsy box outside, not bad but didn’t seem that safe.

Couldn't get the WiFi to work but wasn't a real issue as we only stayed one night.

A beautiful apartment. It had everything that you could possibly need, excellent facilities, toiletries and cleaning products provided. Very spacious apartment. Lift access to each floor so no tedious climbing the stairs with luggage. On street parking freely available across the street. Some lovely restaurants up the street within walking distance and easy to access other visitor attractions. A very enjoyable stay.

While the apartment was pristine clean & quiet, the street outside at night was noisy and sections were very rubbish strewn, which didn't look great as a first impression. Just as an aside, the mattresses on all the beds were very soft, not great for those that need a firm mattress.
