Three bed apartment sleeps 5 in botanic

The property is a lovely flat just as the pictures show. A few signs of wear and tear but that is to be expected. The property was clean and just as described. It has lovely views from the windows as you are in the top floor - we were VERY appreciative of the lift!

The property itself was decent. My biggest issues are linked to the entranceway and parking. We are a family with small kids and arrived late at night. The entrance to the property is not easy to find and very badly lit. Parking was atrocious and if you have a car I simply wouldn’t recommend staying here when the University is open. Yes there is free on-street parking for miles but it was a needle in a haystack trying to find one.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Close to city centre

The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. The owner, Zoe, could not have been more helpful. Would recommend Queens pizza just down the road and the Empire Comedy Club if looking for things nearby. Arrived very late and this wasn't an issue. Beds extremely comfortable, great shower pressure, loads of washing up items and laundry tablets, cannot fault apartment!! Great stay!

This property has three bedrooms which was nice for our group. It also had a nice little living room with a full kitchen.

One of the bedrooms had a single bed which bends way down in the middle. I would say the frame might be broken and therefore I didn’t get much sleep. We also couldn’t get the washing machine to turn on and when I reached out to the host, they mentioned that I should read the manual. I don’t need a manual to click a power button. Then they mentioned that there is no dryer and to just leave my clothes on the heated floor to dry even though the washer wouldn’t even turn on. I thought they were kidding but they weren’t, said they were trying to think of solutions. Very odd stay. The neighborhood is also a rougher part of town it seemed. We watched a group yelling at each other in the street at midnight.
