Cosy Modern City Centre 2 Bed Apartment

Fantastic apartment, great location (short walk across the bridge into city centre) had everything we needed and more

The apartment building was very run down especially the lobby. There was black mould at the base of the shower screen where it attached to the wall hinge. There was also signs of mould on some of the grouting of the tiles on the shower wall.

The apartment itself was clean and modern. We didn't actually stay due to the details outlined below.

The entrance hall had an extremely strong smell of smoke that was really overwhelming. The entrance hall into the apartment looked derelict and does not give a fair impression of the apartment itself. Parking is an issue also, if more than one person in your group brings a car you may not get any parking. Unfortunately we got some bad vibes and a person arriving at the back door. We did not feel comfortable to stay and left.

It was close to the river, which was nice to walk along, and we loved the fact that it was only a 10-minute walk across the bridge into the centre of Belfast. It was also quite spacious, good for a group of 3-4 people.

We liked everything apart from the fact that there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the entrance hall, which sometimes wafted into the flat. We told management about this and they apologised and gave us some extra air freshener. We also found the pillows a bit uncomfortable but this was better once management gave us some extra ones.

Such a lovely apartment very welcoming

It was nicely decorated and very warm, which was important as it was very cold when we visited

The outside area at the front of the apartment was not very nice as it looked like some building work was going on. The bed in the 2nd bedroom would be better if it was a king size.
