Cosy Modern City Centre 2 Bed Apartment

Modern decor in the inside, can be deceiving on the outside side.

Close to the centre

Situated in dirty/ smelly building which feels unsafe although no evidence for this

Finished to a high standard. Simple check in/ check out.

Entrance smelled like cigarettes, and had unfriendly neighbours.

Modern and spacious. Fully appointed. Water pressure in showers etc excellent. Beds comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding.

Hallway a bit untidy and stuffy but think it’s just because work going on in other apartments. Was not a big deal.

The inetrior was perfect.

The exterior looked bad and not very welcoming.

If you’re looking for a conveniently located apartment in Belfast this is ideal. It’s a short walk into to the main area of city but yet is quiet. Flat is clean and nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a small ensuite. We only stayed one night but would be perfect for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Host was also very helpful with directions for free parking close by.

Foyer was being repaired but the host informed us in advance and there was no work late in the day or evening so it had no impact on us at all.

Great location for the SSE arena. Maybe at 8 minute walk to the venue. Avoided the need for taxis afterwards too. The apartment was comfortable and had all we needed. Located just off the main road so was easy to get to and from.

Couldn't find many restaurants or shops nearby. The Arena was mobbed so we struggled to find somewhere to eat before the event.
