Honestly, everything! From before we arrived the customer service offered by Fraser was fantastic, the team kindly arranged balloons and prosecco on arrival as we were celebrating a birthday. The apartment was spotless and literally a home away from home. Little touches like tea and coffee and toiletries made it extra special. Location was brilliant short walk across the bridge and you were in the center of the city but was nice to just be a little out of the noise and bustle. Cannot recommend highly enough and I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Belfast
