Proximity to the city centre ... 10 mins walk. Cosy, clean, & tastefully decorated. Comfy beds & good-sized rooms. Quiet & peaceful, despite proximity to centre. Main bathroom (with bath) + en-suite bathroom Cosy sitting room: electric wall-mounted firelplace; Netflix+ TV etc. Easy lock-box entry & exit

The area outside the apartment could be 'refreshed/tidied-up a bit, as it spoils the cosy, tidy interior of the apartment.
