The Corner Rooms at The Black Horse Inn

Location was fantastic, close to Spennymoor and on a bus route to Durham. Over a pub, which was conveniant andnot too noisy, Staff were friendly and parking was plentifull

Smallish room had two big steps down to it and also two steps up to the shower room, which you had to be careful with.

Perfect location for what we needed on our Camino de Ingles pilgrimage. Fantastic room, comfy beds and immaculately clean…. Couldn’t fault the accommodation!

Nothing but it would be great for you to get a pilgrimage stamp to offer people on their walk!

The. Stairs to the rooms were very steep another hand rail would be very beneficial It would have been perfect if breakfast had been offered it at least the breakfast that was offered started earlier we ended up going to Spennymoor to Wetherspoons for breakfast The room although small was very good the shower was the easiest shower to use and good hot water Stay good for a quick two nights

Covered it above handrail and breakfast perhaps some sort of continental tray could be offered juice roll jam yogurt etc

no breakfast needed a bacon samidge

great place but i have a gite place in France . offer breakfast in room with loads of local produce ,

Clean room ,good night's sleep on the 2 nights we stayed ,good amount of tea coffee and plenty towels .good value for money

The only thing I would suggest is a shelf in the shower as theres nowhere to put shampoo,shower gel ect
