There was no breakfast. I liked the location as well as the history of the place. Also, the proximity to public transport. The available staff were also very helpful, thank you.

The lack of warm water to shower - overall. The lack of available meals, but this was explained to me upon checking in.

È una bella struttura pulita con parcheggio gratuito. È sopra un pub che fa molto bene da mangiare. Specialità, carne alla griglia (da verificare i giorni di apertura del ristorante). Poiché non c'è la colazione, suggerisco il Grand Electric Hall (Wetherspoon) a Spennymoor che fa colazioni fino alle 12.00.

Direi niente.
