So bad

The balcony. Bed comfy.

Floor was sticky. Table was sticky.

They lied about address, and picture of bed and accommodation i would of stayed at, my invoice said 1b montpellier road, Brighton. I went to that address the owner of this property said they have nothing to do with 33 oriental place , Brighton. Completely different road name and post code. , pets waa included in original price then before checkin they wanted another £20.00 for pet to stay, my dog is older and they said i been upgraded to penthouse, this was not what I wanted there was at least 70 steps to climb no garden for my dog which is why I booked in first place. The hallway in this so called penthouse had no light bulb, the hallway to climb stairs also had no light bulb , not going to be long until someone falls and breaks thiet neck.

They called me 1.5 hours before checking in to tell me it wasn't available anymore. But they did sorce an alternative accommodation which was basically a hostel, with shared amenities. No fridge, cooker or privacy. Basically 4x bunkbeds in a room. Couldn't say no because I'd travelled up from Cornwall with 5 others, which took 8 hours due to traffic.

damp walls leaking ceilings the place isn’t looked after at all do not book.

It was not same place that was advertised. It smelt of damp, it had a clothes holiding ip the celling. With water pouring through. The company are scammers. Don’t reply to you. I did not stay there. I had to book some were else

Friendly staff. The house is clean. Clean bedding. Good location with convenient access to shops and restaurants.

The house was obviously in need of repair, with water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen. The bedding on all the beds and pillows was wet.

The size of room was appropriate

The internet was very slow

The condition of the place was unfortunately quite poor, with mold and dirt present. The photographs on Booking did not accurately reflect the actual state of the property. I was left feeling quite disappointed, and the price did not seem justified.
