Property Notes

From 1st April 2022 we are moving to cashless payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The indoor pool will be closed during the week for refurbishments from Monday morning and reopens Friday afternoon. This is taking place between the 10th - 21st June 2024. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per pet, per night applies. A deposit may be required at the property.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was good with a balcony overlooking the sea and Chisel beach. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good and clean.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

All excellent meals and so was our room. We loved the fact that although it was a family hotel, the lounges were adults-only, although it was sweet seeing a toddler happy to "cycle" through once. We have read Moonfleet and really appreciated the pictures in a corridor.

There could have been a seat or two to enjoy the view of the Fleet from the grounds. We walked along it several times but it would have been nice to sit and look at it too.

The facilities for kids were amazing. They had thought of everything! So nice to stay in an upmarket hotel where kids come first- happy kids happy parents! So much better than their sister hotels

Waiting staff occasionally got our orders wrong but it was no problem when we told them
