Modern 1 bedroom flat with free parking

Location was ok

No real parking, lack of bedding top sheets and pillow cases, was not that clean, lock box was not there, bathroom lock was broken, bed was broken.

Cosy and good location, offered 1 hour extension on check out.

Wrong code was sent (last time I stayed, no code was sent so we had to keep calling), no parking permit provided (happened last time as well, limited kitchen amenities (no foil, no salt, 2 singular kitchen tissues, etc), the hand wash dispenser was leaking in the bathroom so I walked in the morning to find mosquitoes and bugs stuck in the leaked hand wash, bathroom sinked blocked with hair (my partner tried to get some of this out but the sink kept filling up), shower drain also slightly blocked so water was pooling up at my feet the whole shower (didn’t feel too clean)

The owner was very amenable and when I ring, he was polite and helped me locate the place. I was pleased with the exceptional service and cleanliness of the place. I will come again

Didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper- only left one of each and had to wait three days for spares. Need a drying rack for clothes that have been washed. Nowhere to hang things. Front door lock was very stiff and wouldn’t lock a few times so had to leave it unlocked when I went out. Mattress and pillows are very poor
