It was advertised as .03 of a mile from Heathrow but was over 5 miles The taxi cost 31 gbp from Heathrow airport and 22 gbp return in the morning. We chose the apartment because we thought it was close to Heathrow. False advertising. And it was just a block of old flats in a strange area. We were not happy.

The lack of communication was horrible. The location was falsely advertised as a convenient commute to the airport. There is no public transport located near the property which doesn't not make it convenient at all. Unfortunately we read the reviews after it was too late to discover similar experiences to other people. DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION.

I was there. All alone at a dark empty apartment in the middle of London. Was BAD

It was comfortable

There were dirty clothes left in the wardrobe. The bathroom sink was full of water. There was no power for 1 hour and had to ask a couple of times to get it sorted. The wifi wasn't working and after asking several times I never got it. Had to use my 4g. The apartments are not signposted Luxx so spent ages in a taxi looking for it. The coded lock on the entrance was broken so anyone could enter the block.

The property is listed first in Booking site. It shows the location inside the terminal on the map (instead of showing the correct location). The price for an in terminal location was attractive. But it turned out that it was a private apartment outside the terminal, with no simple way to get there. So value for money was poor, it was an intimidating and stressful experience to find the place at night. I noticed later that it keeps coming on the top of the list in bookings, so it looks like someone is promoting it within the site, in a way which is deceitful, looking like it is inside the terminal. I recommend future customer to take a proper hotel that has a shuttle service of the from terminal 4, rather than taking this apartment.

Firstly we were provided with address as the long term parking lot so after driving for 6 hours we did not even have the correct address. Arriving at the property being advised the apartment was unlocked and we would find the keys on the table. Apartment 47 had an air mattress as the additional bed with dirty linen. The apartment was not clean and the washing machine still had washing in it and no key could be found for the apartment. I instantly messaged the provider who did not answer any of my calls and messaged and advised us to go to apartment 17. Apartment 17 was also filthy. I have photos of a bag of rubbish just inside the front door. The washing machine still running with washing in it. A dirty kitchen sink. Dirty toilet bowl. Toothpaste left on the bathroom sink about 5 bottles of used shampoos on the floor of the shower. Smear marks everywhere and a shocking smell. Also a portable air-conditioner as air-conditioning. We booked elsewhere and requested a full refund. To date this has not been received.

Please see above. We like nothing about these apartments and felt we couldn't stay in them as the were so dirty. I've added photos below but would like to add more.

The property was clean and even though it was very close to the airport there was no noise from the planes. We were extremely grateful to the owners who let us get in early after a very long flight. They also were more than helpful when we thought we had lost some of our property. I would recommend this place because of them.

The location was a long way from everywhere and it was hard to find at first.
