Le second couchage n’est pas fait pour deux ados ni pour deux adultes. Le lit est dur.

Super apartament dla czterech osób. Dobrze wyposażony. Jest wszystko czego potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni, z ekspresem do kawy i mikserem do napojów. Jest też pralka i suszarka do ubrań. A także osuszacz powietrza i dodatkowe grzejniki. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie blisko na piechotkę. Wieczorami trochę głośno w Parku, ale to ma swój urok. Idealny kontakt z właścicielem, szybko i bez problemowo. Właściciel chętny z pomocą i radami. Powitalny prezent jest miłym gestem. Polecam serdecznie.

Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

Direkt im Zentrum, die Nähe zum Brighton Pier und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super! Viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir konnten am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch bis 13 Uhr in der Wohnung lassen.

We liked everything about the apartment. It had been modernised nicely. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom. The bedding was fresh and very clean. And the wardrobe was a great size. Great location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

The Booking.com ad said that parking was available but it wasn't. The ad said 'parking garage with EV charging point'. The welcome pack says 'NO parking available'. We had to pay an extra £70 for 2 nights parking. I could have booked another larger property with parking for less money. Owner Jane did pop round with a bottle of Prosecco as an apology, which was a nice touch. Also, Saturday night there was loud music outside until around 2am so didn't get a lot of sleep. sunday night wasn't much better.

The property was clean and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. The location was absolutely fantastic.

It was quite a noisy location, but we were expecting that with being so central. We wouldn’t have been able to sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the park, especially over the weekend.

Super emplacement, le quartier est très festif mais le logement donne sur un parc donc c'est assez calme. Literies de qualité et appartement très bien équipé. Personnel à distance mais à l'écoute.

Asunto on loistavalla paikalla, aivan Brightonin ytimessä, mutta Pavillonin puistoon päin, joten kuitenkin rauhallisella paikalla. Vuokraemäntä on todella ihana, aina valmiina auttamaan ja vastasi heti viesteihin ja ratkaisi ongelmamme. Asunto oli myös kauniisti sisustettu ja ihana lisä tullessamme oli hedelmävati täynnä hedelmiä.

Wifi ei toimi aina kovin hyvin, vuokraemäntämme vaihtoi kyllä toimittajaa, joten voi olla vanhan talon ongelma. Koska TV-kanavia ei ollut, oli Wifi aika oleellinen Netfilixin katsomiseen ja teinin viihdyttämiseen.

Great location, spacious apartment!

Ottima posizione, vicina a tanti servizi, fermarte di bus e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La spiaggia, il Pavillion, le Lanes sono subito raggiungibili. La casa affaccia proprio sul parco del Pavillion. Letto e divano letto comodi, viene fornito anche un topper per extra comfort. Struttura abbastanza pulita. Eccellente comunicazione con Jane, che ha risposto ai nostri dubbi in pochissimo tempo.

La cucina, per essendo pulita, aveva un odore poco gradevole. Essendo in quattro, abbiamo utilizzato il divano letto, però abbiamo dovuto recuperare pezzi di lenzuola dentro vari sacchi di plastica posti nell'armadio. Suggerirei di lasciare il set di lenzuola completo e pulito in bella vista e pronto all'utilizzo.

Excellent apartment and locality. Apartment clean exceeded expectations. Communications with Jane excellent.
