Spacious Apartment -Double and Sofabed -Wonderful Royal Pavilion Views

Excellent space and location fantastic for our needs and could be fantastic for our regular trips to Brighton. Perfect for the theatre etc

Recommend info regarding WiFi is amended re location of router and password etc as was not where it said and had to use info from back of router to connect. Main Issue was sadly poor cleanliness where I took pics of some. I suspect whoever was assigned the clean before we arrived did not do it well although it was clear some areas had not been attended to for a long time. All areas had not been hoovered Lounge -picture on wall by TV frame and image on floor behind stool Kitchen - dirty plates and mugs which I washed to use/ very old dirty wash sponge Bathroom - horrid toilet brush in rusted holder. Shower glass base disgusting months of grime Bedroom - window sill not wiped over. Bloodied soiled sheet on bed and pillow cases stained ended up having to put towels on the bed to be able to sleep on what was a comfortable bed. wardrobe had pile of duvets and dirty towel thrown on top.

Little tricky to find key box but once we did it was easy to get in

Wifi wasn’t working

The key box was located in a very dark corner at the side of the building which difficult to locate and dark as we reach late and also it was during winter, hardly any light there to help me to open the box. It was also scary as there were bushes beside the key box and a stranger was loitering around that corner. Have to wait for a while until he went away then only I dare to approach the key box.. Suggest relocating the key box to front door as some of the flats did.

Host would allow us early access for 20GBP per hour Host allowed us to leave because sette was unusable for our payment of administration fee.

Noise from adjacent park. Shabby unkept building. Smell of urine at entrance. Broken lift. 2 sets of long stairs. Instruction not matchreality. My complaint was met by host saying I was “rude”.

Very cosy homely feel and amazing location in the centre of Brighton.

Really lovely apartment in central Brighton. Really spacious and really cosy. Had everything you would need including kitchen fully fitted. The bed was very comfortable. So many close amenities close by including bars restaurants and shops

The flat was a well sized one. Facilities were excellent, Kitchen fridge cooking Facilities The Tv in Lounge was a Smart tv big size.

The only problem was with the heating Storage heaters in the flat didn't seem to be very powerful. I ended up getting a throat infection.

Good location for the Lanes. Comfy bed and sofa. The bathroom was big, but there was no bathmat in the shower, and I slipped getting out of the bath.

The host had not sent me the door code as they thought I had not completed the paperwork. When I phoned them they realised their mistake, and pointed me in the right direction. The box was around the corner of the building which smelled of urine. There was a smell in the apartment which I got used to, ventilation in the bathroom was from a small fan. On the 2nd morning there was dog mess in the communal entrance. If you want peace and quiet this place is not for you - there was lots of noise in the late evening and early hours from the park outside the windows which meant you had to have the windows closed to shield you from the noise and bad language. I'd bought sausages and mushrooms for my meal on the first night but could not find a container to put the sausages in the oven so ended up frying them. There was a good range of pans to make my porridge! The freezer compartment could do with a defrost.
