Spacious Apartment -Double and Sofabed -Wonderful Royal Pavilion Views

Great location and comfortable

Communal areas very tired and dirty looking - reminded me of student accommodation! I also didn’t like the fact that I had to sign a contract for 2 nights and leave a big deposit - never had to do this before for a short stay.

Good location and nice and comfortable interior .

There were no sheets or dovet cover or pillow case for the spare bed. We did not discover this until it was time to set up the sofa bed. So the first night was not good. Also the property has a induction hob, which I could not turn on , so was unable to kook super on the hob. There were no instructions how to use the hob.

The location was amazing! The flat was spacious. It was clean and the facilities were great.

I arrived in the dark and the lockbox was difficult to locate. Unfortunately the narrow pathway at the side of the building is full of waste (council issue?) sadly it is also used as a urinal after locals excess drinking, the smell was overwhelming. I felt unclean after retrieving the keys as the boxes are low on the wall. It didn’t give a good first impression, I’m sure there are restrictions, but if there’s anywhere else to locate the boxes I’m sure it will improve the start of the experience. However, once through the front door, everything the owner could control inside the flat was a good experience!

Location was great, close to everything! Overlooking the park and Royal Pavilion with wonderful access to all Brighton has to offer!

Management were very approachable regarding any issues, and dealt with problems in a reasonable timeframe. Initially there was a bit of mould in bedroom and bathroom, however this has been rectified! Suggestions would be to provide Mattress and pillow protectors and could not find instructions for washing machine! A clothes airer would be a big plus too! Couch and bed are a bit on the low side for older couples

We arrived late Friday night, you could smell the fusty damp as soon as we’d walked through the door. The sofa bed was broken with a nail hanging out so the children had to sleep on it as a sofa. They were unable to have the bedroom as the damp was so bad the bedding and everything in it felt wet! Damp and mould on the walls/ceilings. I contacted them straight away and they advised someone would come look which they did the next day meaning we had to go back there during the day! She agreed with me and took photos. I have heard nothing since!! I have since learnt booking.com got in touch and they lied saying they had fixed the sofa bed and the bedroom was ok! They’ve completely ghosted me and refused to give a refund. Still waiting for our £200 deposit too! Avoid!

Location was perfect and for an apartment right in the center of town, it was very quiet. Very tastefully decorated and a lovely outlook over the Pavillion Gardens. I woud stay here again.

Very little. Maybe a few more complimentary teas and coffees, with small milk pods in the fridge.
