"Not really my cup of tea for the price paid"

Confirmed to have solo access to bathroom via email and instead it wasn’t the case. No access to kitchen, given exclusivity to other lodgers

"Pleasant"

1st of all, Henri Paul provided very good customer service, answering all my questions, helping me find the place and even helping with the luggage (which he carried up the stairs and didn't have to). Also sent me on the right path to the local market. So, 5 stars for Henri. The room had a bed, tv, wifi, fridge, kettle, mugs, plates, and cutlery available. It also had sachets of coffee and chocolates, which was a nice touch. There were towels available. Things seemed clean enough. For the price is quite good.

The snack pack was a nice suprise,quiet location in what seems a good neighbourhood with local bars + eateries & just a quick stroll into town

I didn't realise the Kit Kats in the snack pack were mint until I tried to eat one yuck!

Great location very quiet. Rooms were spacious with everything you needed. Lovely and clean. Cost £6 by uber from new street station.

Quiet, Clean, close to centre, easy key code entry. Bathroom adjacent to room with only these two rooms on top floor, so felt like ensuite.

"A really great place to stay, great location and really great host. This gem is worth trying out."

An amazing place, the host was exceptional and so welcoming. He also was alert that I was a lady travelling on my own. The accommodation was clean and facilities were good. For a budget priced room, there were so many great touches. I will definitely stay there again.

There is nothing I didn't like. This is a facility that says honestly what it delivers.
