"Bring your own towels!"

modern building

lost our booking, room not cleaned, bathroom dirty, fridge dirty. no cutlery, no cookware, no linen (even hand towels). suspicious stain on bed sheets. Had to request basics like soap.

"don't stay at 27 Tenby street, they are ripping people off and i will pursue the refund"

the whole experience was horrific. nothing good to say about it

This was someone's room with their clothes in drawers and wardrobes. there was no quilt on the bed and the towells stunk of BO, clearly used by the person who actually stays there. internet didnt work. the two guys who rented the room tried to get me to pay again, claiming they didnt have confirmation of my booking even though I showed them the booking on my phone. I left and stayed at a premier Inn. how do i get a full refund?????
