Thank you, Gabriela and Luigi, for your warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance in receiving the Amazon packages I sent ahead of our arrival. and your kind and prompt answers for my questions. Many thanks as well to the young lady for kindly preparing delicious warm pizza for us, even though we arrived late and the kitchen was about to close. The Tuscan-style room was beautiful, and we truly loved it. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location is excellent for visiting the Orcia Valley and nearby Pienza. The only small regret is that we missed next day's lunch time which I planned due to a delay in our visit to Siena. Our stay was impressive. We would be delighted to recommend your resort to our friends visiting Italy.

This was the most peaceful place I could imagine staying. It was beautiful and newly renovated with a beautiful pool and gorgeous surroundings. The restaurant on the property was excellent and the free breakfast was delicious and top notch

Poggio Paradiso is a beautiful property with charming surroundings, a lovely room, and a very nice restaurant. Although we were unable to enjoy them because of the weather, the outdoor areas looked stunning and would likely be wonderful in better conditions.

Unfortunately, our experience was not quite what we had expected. It happened to rain during our stay, so we could not make use of the outdoor spaces. It was also quite cold, and the heating was not working due to a recent system change. The staff kindly brought us an extra duvet, but the room remained chilly. We had specifically chosen a room with a balcony, but we were unable to use it because the mosquito screen would not open. Communication was also challenging, as the staff spoke very little English.

La camera al nostro arrivo all’Orario indicato per il check in non era pronta, ma lo staff ci ha dato la possibilità di usare la piscina. La struttura è rovinata da un enorme tensostruttura bianca di plastica, che ostruiva anche la vista dalla camera.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the location is extraordinary, the breakfast is great, the staff so nice and want to solve every issue.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would happily stay here again.
