Clean and easy location

位置很好，就在大街上，周边有两家比较大的超市，走到海边也很快

凌晨很吵，可能这条街上有不少酒吧，喝多的人在大街上大吵大闹，几乎无法睡觉。自驾车来的游客停车不是很方便，这条街有一边私家车禁入

The house was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect for us; we took a lovely family walk around Brighton's city center and had a lovely weekend.

Beds not made up before we arrived Flat cold Sofa beds so uncomfortable and poor for back Didn’t sleep to outside loud noise all night- no sound proof windows We were celebrating a birthday so all very disappointing

Good position for the venue we were going to.

The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned despite the toilet having a paper 'cleaned and sanitised' label. The shower had hair in the tray, and the bin contained the previous occupants rubbish, including feminine hygiene items. Did not use either for obvious reasons. Can provide photos. Bathroom cold tap refused to run cold, presumably because the hot water was at such a high temperature. This needs some sort of warning sign. Central location meant noise levels were impossible to sleep through as no double glazing.

Location was excellent & room access easy with info from owner. It Is a nice spacious flat but tired & needs attention & better housekeeping.

On arrival lift didn't work, so we had to deal with a lot of steps which was an issue for us. Didn't advise us of parking until after we had parked elsewhere which involved a lot of walking.. Place was dirty with stained carpets & no soap left anywhere in the flat. Coffee table was broken & towels stained & the kitchen sink leaked onto the floor.
