Great price for a fantastic location. We were traveling with two children, so having a place that was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do was ideal. Years ago I stayed somewhere reasonably priced but only walkable for adults and not really for tired little kids who have been out all day. So this was perfect! We were right next to the pavilion and the lanes. Really convenient location for grabbing food at a restaurant, a drink, necessities at Boots or TK Maxx, the supermarket, walking to the beach, etc.

While it didn't detract from the general experience, we couldn't figure out any way to get to the apartment except for the lift, which was pretty terrible. It would take multiple tries to close the doors before it finally would. Also some things like a few of the lights being out (I think one in the kitchen was being worked on at some point because it was a high hat dangling out of its place) weren't ideal, but also didn't really detract much from the stay. So if you're picky about things like that, that's really all I can point to as a negative. It wasn't a big deal to us because we just wanted a decent place to sleep or hang out when we weren't out enjoying the city. It was a perfect location for us!

First of all, upon arrival at check-in at 3 PM as agreed, the keys were not in the designated place as stated. Then we called, and they told us that the cleaner was still cleaning, which was not true, because after 15 minutes of waiting he came from the outside, meaning he was not inside but arrived from the street. Then, trash from previous guests was left inside, there was an unpleasant smell, and the property was very unclean – clearly lacking proper maintenance of cleanliness. The only good things were the location, since everything was quite close, and the fact that the property itself was newly renovated. Other than that, there isn’t really anything good I can say, because when you arrive with your family you expect a clean room – which I cannot say about this property.

Washing machine is very old. That needs to be replaced.

It was central and the flat was actually very nice.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, in the living room blinders were broken and the owner gave us the wrong code to get the keys, leaving us in the middle of the street at 1am for two hours before sorting things out

You could hear the outside noise really bad so didn’t sleep much, needs secondary glazing as it’s an old building. Some of the lights wasn’t working. Need more mirrors to get ready to out especially when there are 4 women.

Details given by email were different from the ones on the app(pin nr &phone nr).Towels and sheets with stains,therefore made me feel uncomfortable.

We had a great stay. The flat has a great size, pretty much has anything that's needed and is in a great location. If someone is a very light sleeper it can get too noisy, but at a great location with everything around, that's got to be expected. Getting the key was very simple and we received good communication. I'd absolutely recommend this place. There's only tiny things that could use some improvement. Like putting some hooks in the hallway for coats. Leaving little things like a proper tea towel, some salt and pepper and a fresh sponge and washing up liquid for the dishes. I just bought some and left it for the next person.
