GBBathroom needs updating
ROWas good as a location.
Really noise , windows are really weak and is noise.
GBLocation in town
Was to noisy didn't get much sleep . Was quite draughty. Had to go and buy toilet roll as there wasn't any.
GBPerfect location and clean tidy flat
Bit noisy, strong smell of smoking within building. Second bed very uncomfortable and not really suitable for an adult
GBThe lift system in and out of the apartment block was not explained to us. The apartment was hi tech with no information how to work the appliances. Oven gloves or tea towels were not supplied. I thought there would be an actual extra bed and not the uncomfortable put you up that was supplied. Pretty disappointed so glad it was only for two n̈ights The location of the apartment is good for all the amenities
GBGood: great central location with loads to see and do and eat and drink, spacious, friendly communication from manager; neat kitchen with appliances Bad: very noisy street with Friday-night kids going all night then street trucks and corridor banging and single-glazed windows and thin walls; sleeper couch and bed not firm or especially comfortable; liquid soap or instant coffee not filled (if they're offered, may as well fill them up). Overall, perfectly adequate for our one night at the price but I wouldn't rush back.
GBWas very stylish
GBEverything
Heating inadequate, not double glazed, very noisy
GBThey very kindly put out a floor bed as we had stated we were bringing a baby - though she is still too little to need her own bed. Very clean apartment. Great shower! More spacious than expected!
Draft through the bedroom window Needs a mirror in bedroom to use plug in hairdryer
ITLocation was steps away from the key activities we wanted to do in Brighton. The "JustPark" parking lot at 1 Brighton Square was super convenient (paid for separately with the JustPark app): just a one minute walk away up the stairs near "Joe and the Juice". Large screen TV let me log in to my Netflix subscription and watch our shows. Host was easy to communicate with and despite the flat's being close to North St. where numerous buses run, the noise was not an issue for us in this flat as it's positioned on a side road. Free wifi speed was fine. Heating worked reliably, which was important since we visited Brighton during a snowstorm and cold spell. Ate a nice dinner at Cardamom Indian restaurant a short walk away, and good lunch at The Walrus pub between the South Lanes and the Pier. Would stay here again.
